Switching the Field provides holistic, hands-on mentoring to soccer clubs so that they can grow - without the stress. Mentors guide clubs based on their unique philosophies, needs, and environments. We use a unique combination of years of soccer coaching experience and soccer-specific business expertise to help others build great soccer clubs.

Northern Illinois Select provides a unique development and identification pathway for youth soccer players. This tryout and invitation-based program provides weekly supplemental training conducted by highly experienced and knowledgeable coaches who do not coach at local youth clubs. Our curriculum allows players of all positions (including goalkeepers) to improve their decision-making, technical proficiency, and mental fortitude, and our relationships provide a pathway for players to be identified by colleges and the US Soccer youth national teams.

For the entirety of my adult life, I have been self-employed to some degree. I have done - and continue to occasionally do - freelance consulting in the private and non-profit sectors in a variety of industries. My experience includes accounting, leadership, marketing, digital marketing, management, communication, mediation, basic web design, and more. I have worked with organizations in industries such as financial services, art, schools, universities, youth outreach, and more.
